Yes, the website was easy to navigate and the staff was very helpful in helping me get the doll just the way I wanted it and answering all my questions. The doll arrived in perfect condition. The only issue was the rigid policy of “no refunds once manufactured, no exceptions” but given the nature of the product this is understandable, I just wish there was more flexibility in this area. I would use this site again for any future purchases!
